The winner of the Special Distinction and Audience award at this year’s Annecy Animation Festival, Colourful tells the moving story of a sinful spirit who is granted the opportunity to prove himself worthy for rebirth, inhabiting the body of a student who killed himself. Dealing with issues like youth suicide, prostitution and struggling family structures, Keiichi Hara proves his distinctive talent to tell realistic stories that balance playfulness, a deep passion for life and tones of melancholy.

The ByTowne doesn't have a parking lot of its own, but denizens of downtown can usually find street parking close by fairly easily.
