It's official! The ByTowne is getting
NEW SEATS!
Specifically, we're getting 435 new Greystone "Madrid" chairs for the main level of the auditorium. (New seats were installed in the balcony in 2011.)
The cinema will be closed from May 6 to 16 for removal of the old seats, preparing the floor and installing the new seats.
Starting Friday, May 17th, ByTowne fans be able to enjoy movies in ergonomically correct comfort. You'll be so impressed that you'll give us a sitting ovation!
