Part two in the series of screenings that make up the Ottawa International Animation Festival’s Short Film Competition, with films from the Commissioned, Narrative, Non-Narrative, and Student Competition categories. Highlights include a kaleidoscopic Tower of Babel, the life cycle of a special shellfish, alluring mermaids both terrifying and beautiful, and a new take on an old puppet.
This screening is presented in partnership with The High Commission of India in Canada in cooperation with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, and National Film Development Corporation (NFDC).
