Made up of films in the Ottawa International Animation Festival’s Commissioned, Narrative, Non-Narrative, and Student Competition categories, Short Film Competition 3 is the third of five programmes showcasing the films competing in the Festival’s Official Competition.
The films in this screening cover everything from a memorial to the disappeared in Pinochet’s Chile and a Norwegian family following a mother’s whims to move to Kenya, to a Riverdale-obsessed guardian angel (of sorts) and a naked man in a grocery store. Truly something for everyone.
