We ask that all rentals be booked at least three weeks before the date of the event.
Once you have submitted an inquiry request form, you will be contacted by our rental coordinator with information about availability.
The starting price for the venue is $360+HST for a two-hour rental during “off hours” (not including film rights fees).
Once the venue booking is confirmed you will be sent a contract and invoice which can be paid online.
If written notice of cancellation is received 40 days before the event, rental and film rights fees will be refunded in full. If notice of cancellation is received 9–39 days before the event, full rental fee will be forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received less than 9 days before the event date, both rental and film rights fees will be forfeited.
If you wish to bring in your own catering, an additional fee of $200 will be added to the rental cost.
